Refund policy

30-Day Returns

If you're not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To Qualify for a Return
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- Request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Furniture that has been assembled, and items marked as final sale on the product page, are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return
Email markitos201220@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll cover the cost of a replacement or refund - no return shipping needed on our end.

Return Shipping Costs
For non-defective returns (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
